“The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. We were welcomed by Sabit & Harun on arrival and Sabit gave us lots of great advice for tourist sights, which we didn’t know about. In the morning, we had trouble starting our car and again, the front desk was amazing, helping us get someone out together it fixed and organizing a taxi, in the meantime.
The hotel itself was perfect. Our room was huge and included everything we needed. There was a gym, sauna & Turkish bath available as well as a……

“Había obras en el hotel y desde las 20 h hasta las 22:30 estuvieron haciendo ruido.A la hora del check out el recepcionista nos informa que no tiene ninguna relación con hoteles.com y que debemos proceder a abonar la noche por lo que nos ponemos en contacto con hoteles.com y estos después de 10 horas lo único que hemos conseguido es que se pongan en contacto con el hotel pero no el reembolso del mismo.”
