“C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et, encore une fois, mon expérience a été très positive. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel toujours disponible et professionnel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue.
Le spa est vraiment excellent, très relaxant et bien organisé, c’est un vrai plus pour l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, et l’ambiance générale est calme et agréable. L’emplacement est également très pratique.

“The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. “I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. “Really enjoyed our stay. Overall the room was spacious and had two single beds for kids and large king bed. Bathroom was also large. Con: they had NO air conditioning! They said this was due to the age of the building. Luckily it wasn’t too warm in the evenings so we left the patio doors open. However, this was disappointing.
