「Very clean rooms I like this place highly recommended for the people who are looking to rent a place in the area」

「The thermal water pools are great, the gardens overall could be beautiful but have been neglected not cleaned at all or signs of being cleaned, dogs begging for food while we ate was an awful feeling, the dogs were so hungry that break into trash cans theres is trash overnight from the dogs going thru it left like nothing. Property has potential to be a great Hot Spring Spa if they cared more for it......Our room had no water pressure to shower, toilet runs super slow, bed was ok.」

「This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL」
