「The location was super easy to find and the property owner very helpful and available. Air-conditioning was great, and the cleanliness overall was above average. There were small details in the kitchen that we shared with the owner, who was very receptive to amending. We would definitely return. For the Giostra della Quintana, it is perfect - only a block away and a short walk to the historical center piazzas. The vibe and quality was spot on. 4.5/5 stars」

「Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. After May 1, the heat is turned off and we were very cold for the first week of our stay. 6. Only one other unit had a terrace, patio or balcony (not ours). Positives: 1. The...

「Everything about our stay at Country House Casco dell'Acqua was on point. The great location, the comfort of the rooms (very clean and well appointed), not to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. We needed help booking a taxi and booking a reservation at the local restaurant. This was dealt with by our hosts with no fuss. The location was a perfect base for exploring Spello, Spoleto, Montefalco & Assisi. We also had one meal that was cooked for us by the owner one evening that...
