If I had to make a "complaint" it would be that the carpet is so thick and plush it made pulling the wheeled luggage challenging, but that is not a serious complaint. 」

「Easy check in w the bartender. We were on the third floor, which was a quick walk up the stairs, I don’t think there is an elevator / lift, which wasn’t an issue for us. The town is pretty small and the pub/inn is right in the middle of town. We were able to find parking 1 street over. We ended up having dinner in the pub which was decent, not great. We stayed for the live music which was nice. Breakfast is included so we headed down to the pub where coffee, tea and juices are available. ...

The hotel is in a good location close to town and the train station which we used. The staff in the restaurant as well as the check in area could not have been nicer. 「we had a great time at Muckross Hotel. Only thing I would say is you have to call in that you want to use the pool and spa area. which we would have known because we didn’t get to use it. 」

We ate dinner there and the food was excellent and then went to the bar area for live music. The continental breakfast delivered to our door was delicious and it fed us most of the day it was so much! Highly recommend this hotel !!」
