「The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. 「New and clean room. I think it's better than the other hotels in the area. It's also very near the supermarket and the mall. Staff are courteous and service-oriented. The issue is that there is only one outlet for charging your devices. I had to use the outlets in the bathroom and the one used for the coffee maker. Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. 「The room bathroom and cabinets needed major renovation. It looks the same way from when I went in 2018. There were small cockroaches that came out when I was in the shower and around the sink. The towel rack was about to fall and hit me in the shower as well. Overall the breakfast was the only thing that was good with our stay. 」
