「Fantastico」

「I usually stay at hotels while traveling but this place was amazing. From the moment I arrived, to the very last second when I left. I wish more places like this put this much passion and love into the industry. The room was perfect, bed and pillows were exactly what you need to get a good rest. Shower was large, pressure great. Breakfast was phenomenal, I wish more people get to experience what I experienced. 5 star hotels don't even come close. Thank you for putting a huge smile on my face....

「When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, Expedia could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next...
