“We stayed there three nights and they didn’t clean the room at all. I requested clean towels and never got any. Did not take out the trash, change the beds, nothing. Would be good for a one night stay, but not multiple days.”

“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not……

“Room appeared clean but I found a dirty sock under the pillows and the other sock was under the bed right by nightstand, they were from a previous occupant, I was also charged a separate 73 dollars for I don’t know what, still trying to figure that one out”

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”

“Just needed a room for 1 night so decided to risk the situation here, Regretted it from the moment I walked in. I paid extra for the king suite, I understand it's not a high end luxory hotel but gosh damn. I walked in and the room smelled strongly of chemicals. The ac was barely blowing, I removed the ac filters and they were filthy and almost plugged up. The pillows on the bed were tiny little square cubes that were extremely uncomfortable and odd. The bathroom floor is literally rotting out……

“I recently stayed at another hotel in El Paso with a similar price point. This hotel was sooooo much nicer, very clean, and actually served breakfast! I will definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in the area.”

“Got in from a long drive and were impressed on how clean the hotel was. Staff took care of us and assisted with any needs. My family and I slept very comfortably. Definitely recommend staying there for a reasonable price”

“loved our stay! However my only complaint was the breakfast- if you get down to breakfast with 30 min to spare they don’t put out more food, you have to get whatever’s left. Breakfast was over at 9 and there was missing food on the breakfast bar before then and not being replenished.”
