「Breakfast was great. The staff were excellent.」

「I was running late for a meeting. So, I didn't check my hotel room for the moment I walked inside. The next morning, I found a big male underwear on the floor close to the window area. Since I was in hurry, I left it on the floor. When I came back to hotel in late night the 2nd night, I found the underwear still was there. I brought it down to reception. 「big and clean」

「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out, said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」
