「I booked and paid with hotels.com but the hotel didn't accept it and asked me to pay. It was late at night and I had no option but to pay. I am trying to get the refund but the hotel doesn't repkt to the emails from expedia... why is it listed up on hotela.com then?」

「My room door did not stay shut without locking it, compared to the pictures this room was nothing like it. The whole hotel seemed much more dated than the pictures implied.
Windows had to be left open due to the heat, and I woke up smelling of cigarette smoke from the smoking happening directly below my room. All my clothes then smelt of cigarette smoke smoke, and I am not a fan of smoking, and choose not to smoke for a reason! Not impressed at all.」
