「The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me.
The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)...

「We stayed at hotel 3 for one night, they gave us a ground floor room and it was okay for one night, parking is very good and the gate is opened 24 hrs, and I saw big rats and rabbits running around in the car park 3 times, maybe the hotel rubbish is not probably stored.
Shower curtain is white but the bottom seams have turned yellowish (rather disgusting), so I would suggest using grey curtain to hide the yellow stains created by shampoo & shower gel.
Lastly, the hotel offers each room with...

「We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.」

「The property is a short walk from from the train station. There isn’t an elevator, I was on the second floor. The property doesn’t allow checkin until after 5 pm. The staff kept my bags until then. There are restaurants nearby. There is also the beach and outdoor market area about 15-20 minutes walk. The duvet was very warm and bed suitable for a short stay. The place was peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and decent sized for 1-2 people.」

However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.」

「Chateau Tilques is located a few miles north of Saint-Omer in a small village. The Hotel comprises a Chateau style hotel and grounds, with an external annex of rooms of some size. I stayed in the annex which was comfortable and well decorated. Some minor issues were irritating. The key-light master switch by the door was hard to locate and too complex to insert the key card to turn on the electricity in the room. Trying to do a fiddly task in the dark is irritating. There was no proper light...
