「The staff was very helpful.」

「Good room size but smells. Front desk was helpful and switched us to different room. 2nd room smells little better but has strong male cologne smell. Ok breakfast. Hard to find Uber or Lyft from the hotel. Didn’t use pool or gym so no comments on these. 」

「Close to Nashville but away from the crowd if you want some down time.」

「good」

「Staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was still under construction. The Room is clean and tidy as the hotel is new.」

「The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying there again.」

「非常好👍」

「We can’t wait to be back. Such a relaxing place to be. The host is simply great and we felt at home right away. It’s a great place being in nature but at the same time close to the airport (Nashville) and a good start to discover the Smokies.」

「The service the ballet everything was helpful. The rooms were clean very close to the Bridgestone that was excellent.」

「Room was dirty and needing maintenance. Furniture was stained. Poor breakfast, very limited choices. Not even coffee or OJ.」

「The motel looked extremely old and poorly maintained. It appeared as though people were living there long-term rather than staying as guests. There were bicycles and bbqs left outside, and the overall appearance was uninviting. Unfortunately, the property did not look like a place I would want to stay, and it was very disappointing.」

「 After a shaky start, the service improved over the weekend, The bed was clean but the carpet appeared dirty and the shower had mold around the edges. The outdoor balcony needed a good cleaning. Breakfast both days was really good.」
