“Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot. There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. Even after we turned it off it made loud noises like an industrial refrigerator. 👎”

“Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund. “I tried to cancel my stay and didn't get my refund for it”

“The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported……
