House was very clean and well stocked with kitchen & bathroom essentials.Host was great with communication and needs.Very rural/quiet area. About a 40 min drive to Zion Visitor Center and 1.5 hour to Bryce.Our family had a great time!

The Mineral Spring house was great for our family, slept 6 comfortably. Very secluded but close to Zion NP, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and an hour away from Bryce Canyon. Beautiful part of the USA and the people were nice as well. I would stay here again.
