Way overpriced. This is the tri-cities, not downtown San Fran. We arrived at 3:15p.m., called ahead of time saying were from out of town. Not only did we have to wait in the lobby, the room wasn't ready at 4pm. How do you charge over 500 a night and you are not even ready by 4pm? No breakfast included ...
