I would very rarely write anything but positive reviews, but I can’t in good conscience do that here. Staff seemed in general to be disinterested in helping, and also didn’t seem to be able to navigate the computer booking system to find our booking. They also attempted to double charge us (twice) ...

Vivir el amazonas

Fue una agradable experiencia, con anécdotas curiosas y emocionantes que compartir. El personal muy atento y la comida deliciosa. El lugar cumple con las condiciones adecuadas respecto a servicios, limpieza y comodidad. Vale la pena vivir esa aventura.

We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle.
