I’m giving this hotel two stars mainly because the beachfront location is beautiful and the staff was genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, friendliness does not always translate into good customer service. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and from day one we had ongoing issues with the air conditioning. ...

Beautiful resort with a stunning beach Edison king gave us incredible service while on the beach always making sure to check on us before leaving his shift to make sure we had drinks and anything we needed made our trip one very pleasant excellent experience
