"I did not feel safe. No one around when I left in the morning early. As I made several trips to load my car. Someone turned my door knob on my room. Then a man came out of the room several doors away and followed me out to my car. I didn’t feel safe leaving my keys at the front desk."

"I must have inadvertently booked a handicap room, there was no tub, but just a walk in shower, and that was okay, except the water from the shower made the entire floor of the bathroom slippery and wet. I informed the office that the toilet seat was very loose, he assured me he would have maintenance ..."
