"Clean room, good location, free overnight parking outside. Room had everything it needed despite being small. Just quite hot and could hear the heating turning on and off. Easy security. Good for a one night stay."

"Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ..."

"We (4 siblings and 3 partners) spent a very enjoyable 4 nights at Larpool Mill. As previous guests have mentioned, the road outside is closed which makes for a very peaceful stay.
