"It was a terrible experience - the staff is very slow. They are quick to charge & then they lose the information . Between the front desk & the concierge, I almost missed my flight. The spa wasn’t very cordial either. The rooms details are so dark , it’s hard to find switches. The windows were dirty. ..."

"Hotel is nice. Really good location. Rooms simple with not many amenities. The staff at reception were not very friendly. If your room overlooks the square, be prepared for noise. Music kept us awake until 1:00 AM. Boom boom boom !"
