“The shuttle needed to be reserved, which was not helpful when our flight was delayed. Other nearby hotels run their shuttles every 1/2 hour, 24 hours per day. Key cards would not work on some doors, requiring us to walk outside in the rain around the building from the side parking lots trying to find a door that actually worked. “Although the room felt clean, the workmanship of it was poor. There were holes in the drywall around the tub, and we had a cockroach come out of there one morning. The paint job was poor, and it looked like there has probably been some water damage from the upstairs room. It wasn't horrible, but since the rest of the parts about this property (staff, cleanliness, cost, amenities, etc.) are very good, this took away from all those.”

“This was a last-minute booking because we found that the hotel we had booked months ago was condemned. As helpful as the two ladies were an amazing as they were checking us in I would not recommend staying here. Their beds are on thin wire frames. The mattress was as comfortable as a 30-year-old sofa bed mattress where springs are poking you. That wire frame and the thin mattress are then set onto metal box frames that slide on the floor every time you roll over. I didn’t sleep the whole two……
