「For a cheaper room, I was pleasantly surprised. The person that check this and was very nice and when I asked for towels for the pool, he was very quick into getting them for me. The bed was comfortable in the room was clean. It was a nice cheaper option instead of saying in Nashville we were on our way home from Branson and wanted to stop halfway through our drive.」

「I booked this room several months in advance for an event at Loretta Lynn's. When I booked this I requested and checked to be sure but I booked a nonsmoking room. We used to smoke and dont anymore so I would prefer a nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very apologetic because we didnt get our nonsmoking room.
