"去到酒店 front office 說沒查到我的預訂。要我打去 hotels.com 問。hotels.com 說沒有問題 聯絡了酒店後也解決不了問題 亦沒有跟進 酒店再聯絡總部也找不到訂單 最後搞了兩小時才能入住 這個失誤令我和我的樂隊遲到 要取消晚上的表演 整個南京之旅除了不停坐車 走路 什麼也做不到 白白浪費了我們由香港過來的旅費 酒店本身還可以 以送個價錢換這個質素過得去 但我希望 hotels.com 方面可以確保當地酒店收到預訂。"
