“Very relaxing.. sadly chef was on leave so needed to eat dinner in nearby town.. but very relaxing stay. Room had no mirror.”

“Buccara was awesome - a stunning and really peaceful location. Martiné was really helpful and set us up with a lovely braai pack. We were fortunate that being a quiet time - we had the entire manor to ourselves. A major suggestion would be to have a viewing deck down at the river so we could sit and have a sun downer looking at the game and birds in the river. It was a bit of a disappointment that we could not really see much of the game on the drive in and out and could not find a nice spot to……

“Lovely accommodating host, cottage spotlessly clean, well stocked, with a very comfortable bed! We loved the seclusion and the river was a big bonus. Just note it is 7 kms from the main road on a dirt road, but easily manageable. Highly recommend! (:”
