"Ein traumhafter Ort, märchenhafte Natur, weit weg von der Welt und doch in der Nähe einer diskreten Gemeinschaft von Menschen, die Abenteuerliebhabern ein besonderes touristisches Projekt bieten und wertschätzen. Aufgrund des sintflutartigen Regens mussten wir auf eine Übernachtung verzichten, möchten aber gerne an diesen traumhaften Ort zurückkehren. "We arrived to the hotel and discovered that it was no open restaurant at the hotel. The information about the hotel said that there was a restaurant beside, but that one seems to be open only Thursday to Sunday. The village was almost dead and no restaurant was open. Lucky for us there was a store beside the hotel were we could by some bread, ham and beer for dinner. The owner was rude and thought that we should try to eat somewhere else outside of the village. That is not what you want to hear...

"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...
