“The hotel is run by a family. The owner and the staff were very nice and welcoming the guests. “My room is very small but it was a good lake view. However, my friends is not as lucky as us, their room has no view at all. The toilet is not clean and has a strange smell which made us not comfortable. The reception is close after 7:30pm and there is no alternate way to check in the room if you get delayed! The receptionist is not helpful and impolite. She is reluctant to answer questions.”
