「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! Thank you, India!」

「This hotel is pretty central, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful, storing my bag for a couple of days free of charge. Decor is a bit tired but overall I'd be happy to stay again. Decent continental breakfast, didn't have dinner.」

「The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). The duvet covers also had some mysterious stains on them, and the whole place smelt...

「It was extremely hot in the bedrooms although outside temperatures were close to 0°... you had to keep the windows open all night or it was unbearable. but when opening the windows there was a lot of noise until late at night from the adjecent nightlife」

「Perfect location right opposite the main ski lift and next door to a ski hire shop. Breakfast is good and there is a generous sized guest lounge on the top floor and ski store in the basement. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the last and cheapest room on the first floor , it was just above a bar which played music until 11.30 every night - fortunately we liked their playlist. 」
