“Solo contesta in robot. Reservé por error de ubicacion, lo reporte de inmediato y no hubo forma de hablar con alguien para cancelarla, cambiarla y queria el reembolso. Me sentí totalmente robado por ustedes. Hable 10 o mas veces con expedia, que me dijeron que seguro harian el reembolso. Y el hotel solo contesto como robot. De ya te cobré y no les importó nada. Los considero abusivos, y si les digo que solo me robaron mi dinero. Lean sus letritas que te van a robar y no te haran ningun……

“Small hotel in need of some tlc. We stayed for one night, to visit the San Siro, which is 20 mins walk or a short metro ride. Buffet breakfast, croissant, cakes, biscuits, cereal, bread, tea and coffee, really very good. Room mediocre. We had room 54 at the very top. Window broken in the bathroom, looked like it had been for some time. Lots of light switches that didn’t do anything, and sockets which didn’t work. Headboard loose. Had to leave the bathroom light on all night as a big post was in……

“The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.”

“Passable for a brief stay but single room was cramped and whilst not dirty didn’t feel completely clean nor did the bathroom. Location not convenient at all especially as taxis are expensive in Milan. Didn’t get a chance to explore area around the hotel but didn’t seem much going on. Staff were helpful and polite. Not a terrible place at all and as o said it’s ok for a night or two at most. ”
