「I booked this room for my sister from out of town. The rooms were well maintained and staff were very helpful. When the heat wasn’t working in the room, she was immediately switched to a new room and upgraded as well. Underground parking and breakfast was included. The hotel was located centrally and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. There’s a restaurant and games centre in the hotel making it great for families with children. I would definitely recommend to anyone...

「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient.
I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply.
Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned...
