Confusion on my booking I thought I was booking September 9, 2026 apparently not it defaulted to the day I was booking it May 9, 2026, and got billed for a night stay while I was still in California and was a no-show at Ashford in England.Politely contacted them told him I needed to change my date of arrival to the correct date and they said too bad so sad and we’re not forthcoming in trying to fix the mistake or work with me to let me book……
