“Great Staff. Great Location ”

“The condition of the room is terrible, lacking maintenance. Old bedding. Old style shower which is inside the bathroom which means water all over the bathroom floor. Very very old and ugly. The outside grounds are quite pretty and the location is outside the town, so if you need to eat dinner you’ll have to drive there as they do not offer dinner service. ”

“Bedding is really old and mattress and pillow really cheap quality, breakfast is included but nothing special, bad coffee and flies everywhere. No elevators so I had to haul my luggage to the 3rd floor, the lock of my door was loose almost falling apart, on top of that but accident I broke the keychain of the key, (cheap plastic) they want me to pay 30 bs for that. Around 5 usd. When I said I don’t think is fair to paid that amount for a keychain that is old, the receptionist start yelling at……

“The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help ”
