"Love this hotel, easily accessible to Sendai station! Staff are very kind and accommodating. Our room is always clean. Love the night snacks offered- soba and soft serve ice cream. Also the hotel breakfast has great options. Will defiantly stay here again if we go back to Sendai ;)"

"The room is spacious and many amenities including face wash, moisturizer and lotion, etc are provided. There was a tiny insect on one of the pillows, staff may pay more attention on the cleanliness. The beef tongue restaurant on the ground floor is a nice place for dinner."
