"Rooms are good, beds are fine but pillows fell short. Only hard ones. Everything was clean. Unfortunately, I lost the breakfast window. Surprised that lobby doesn't have a lounge nor sofas to receive guests or visitors. "

"The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were mt favorite part about this hotel. As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone. Another thing that surprised me was the many stains on the carpet, especially in the hallways. Also many decorative aspects to the doors were broken or missing. These things didnt bother me, but maybe some people would be turned off by the slightly worn-down look to the hotel. Overall I loved my stay here, and it was very comfortable."
