“I had a great stay at the Aloft Hotel in Austin. The rooms were super clean, modern, and comfortable, and the whole property felt well taken care of. Check-in was quick and easy, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location is also incredibly convenient—just a short drive from the airport. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay!”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”
