「My stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, and the water temperature was perfect.
The rooms were very clean, and the maintenance staff responded immediately when we needed additional towels. Their customer service was outstanding.
I am already planning my next weekend getaway in July to relax and enjoy another stay.

「Shadow Mountain Lodge is a nice quiet place to stay and we’ve stayed here in the past but it has changed, there is no more face to face interaction with any staff, all check in and check out is done by phone. There is no more hot tub, it has been filled in and is now a sitting area. There is a small cabinet in the corner of the porch with extra towels and coffee pods and anything else you might need so we never saw a house keeper yet there was an envelope on the table to leave a tip for the...

「The room was really nice. Only things that might need updating is the washer and dryer i had to do 3 cycles on the dryer ended up air drying clothes outside. They both didnt work as efficiently, and were super loud and shaky. Also the master bed need to be changed, the bed was thing and lopsided. Other than that, would definitely stay again.」

「It was clean and remodeled in a safe location. It is across from a previously flooded area that is not cleaned up yet but that wasn’t too bad. Check in time was later as there was a change in owner. It was easy to find.」

「The place can be the best experience you can have if you put a little more care in the maintenance of the place and the cleanliness, that was horrible i had to go to waltmart for some cleaning wipes and sheets to sleep the sofa supposed to be white it was super dirty the thing that i did love was the location」
