"The day I arrived my husband and I were treated great and had excellent service. The following day when we are about to check out. The front desk followed me to my room and held the door of my room open with her hand. I had every right to privacy. Just so I could show her my ID. Once I showed it to her she then allowed the door to close. This was all Because we asked for a late checkout and our room key refused to work even during our paid stay."

"Don't stay here, room was clean, but outdated, halfway horrible, everything had a dam odor to it.I stayed here about 5 years ago it was great. Now not so much"

"The way this hotel is managed is an injustice to the beautiful property that the owners have here. The staff do not want to go beyond their minimum, so customer service 1/5. The rooms are not equipped with the basics as- microwave. A request to help solve that was pushed around in name of managerial approval "

"Although the room was clean, there was a leak in one of the bathroom sinks and the shower was clogged. The front office was informed. I was advised maintenance would be there at 10:30AM. They never came. It only served to interrupt my rest since I was waiting for someone - that never showed up. The front office was informed again at check out. I was going to stay one more night, but opted to find another hotel instead."

"The rooms are nice and modern and we had a good view. Parking is great as it’s underneath the hotel. Lot to offer for breakfast and coffee, but not the best quality food. Would have been nice to have fresh cut fruit. Good location as it’s close to downtown Clovis and easy to find. Good price."

"We were put in a dirty room that smelled like dog and had a leaking refrigerator. Room 102. Size of room was great, but every hour the train went by and blew its horn. If you stay make sure you are not on the side with the train tracks."

"The room was disgusting The carpet was ripped and dirty The sofa in the room was so dirty and gross it looked as if it was picked up from an alley Everything was outdated the photos of the hotel looked nothing the the actual hotel "

"Very clean room with good size bathroom, has a good size kitchen with utensils and pots if you want to cook, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Lobby staff is very nice and serves breakfast every morning. Has a gym and pool and area to play sports."
