「We checked in at 9:30 pm after driving 12 hours. Staff was friendly, gave a local 24 hour pizza place recommendation, it was ok but definitely not worth the money. We were so tired we just ate it regardless. The rooms were huge !! Beds comfy and air blew cold. Breakfast was basic nothing special. We didn’t end up eating it. 」

「It was so close to downtown-5 minute walk. Hotel was very nice- room was spacious, shower was heavenly! Live music with appetizers every day at 4 was a welcome treat. And the full course breakfasts were amazing!! Would highly recommend this hotel.」

「The ice maker on our floor did not work at all during our stay. There was a problem with our reservation. So on the morning before my flight, I called the number that they provide and spoke to customer service and I was assured that they had all the information needed and that my reservation was all set. But-Our reservation was canceled on us while we were in the air. Upon landing, we received a message that said since I had not called to confirm my information, they gave my room to someone...

「Stayed here for 3 nights, 2 days and it was perfect! The room was very clean and cozy. Lots of lighting options and plenty of mirrors. The TV did go out quite a bit but that was not a big deal for us. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. There is a rooftop restaurant which is very convenient. If we’re ever back in Nashville we’d definitely stay here again. 」
