「The staff was super pleasant and kind - especially the front desk staff. I guess my biggest gripe is that the pool area isn't very inviting. It's not well lit at night and just generally felt like it needed tlc. The restaurant doesn't have much of a vibe and the food is bland but fine. The coffee sucks but it is what you expect at a hotel. It is on the far south side of 7MB so expect long walks but we already knew about that so it was no big deal for us.. we did like our stay here but I think...

「The staff is amazing! They are all very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nice with a great view. The food is delicious. There is only 1 restaurant and they have a different theme each night for dinner. Lunch is served at the bar outside and it's very windy so that doesn't work very well. They don't have much to do at the resort and really push the excursions. The good news is that there was never a fight for the pool or beach chairs. 」

「Loved the private location - you Defs need a ca if you are goin to stay at this hotel. But it was well worth it. We loved our mornings and evenings down by the water. Happy hours up at Nova and daytimes at 7 mile beach. 」

「Overall, a great place to stay for a few nights. Sadly, one end of the beach receives little afternoon sunshine due to the proximity of the higher buildings and another building is being built. The new build makes the property layout feel almost stuffy with one pool now surrounded by buildings. 」
