「The hotel is staffed by exceptionally nice people who are truly welcoming and helpful. The location is great for a stay in lovely Pitlochry, and we enjoyed the local shops and dining. Parking is onsite and convenient. Our room is amazing; views of gorgeous greenery, spacious, comfortable beds, a lovely loo, nice windows for a cooler night, great amenities, and in a beautiful building. 「Booked an executive double room which was very spacious and had a large bath too. A bit dated overall but clean and we had a lovely overnight stay. Dinner and breakfast were both good quality with gluten free options. I enjoyed using the pool and sauna (pre book) however disappointed the hot tub snd steam room were not in operation. Also, the spa was closed both Sunday and Monday. Hotel is set in extensive grounds and is a 15 minute walk into Aberfoyle. Plenty EV charging points at the hotel....

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「There was no signage for the car park as it was through a narrow gap behind the hotel. I was given the key to the room, which I was told was through a door to the right of reception. On going through the door I found I was outside in the poring rain with again no signage. I went back into the hotel and found a lovely lady who was cleaning, who I asked where room 225 was. She took me back outside and showed me my room was in the wooden single story building opposite, the entrances to these...

「The breakfast was full Scottish with cereal loads of tea and coffee and different juices set you up for the day , room was clean with a hairdryer, tea & coffee and TV. Staff were friendly.」
