“Absolute gem of a property. Beautiful communal landscape, super clean and spacious units (quiet too!). Cafe, gym, laundry, etc. right onsite. Pool only 4 feet deep but ample beach chairs available. Also there is an outside lounge and game area with 2 TV. Easy to communicate with management after hours via their app contact. Great location in close walking proximity to shopping areas, restaurants, public buses, and Governor village beach. This was a perfect choice for all my needs. I stayed……

“Stayed in #23. Beautiful unit. Pool was amazing. The extra amenities this place offers is great. Coolers, beach umbrellas, foldable chairs, propane bbq, tennis racquets, ping pong sets, puzzles and much more. Will definitely be back.”

“This isn't a fancy resort, but we love it. It is charming and the service is outstanding. The ambiance has a fun and relaxed island feel to it with four to five star service. It's not fancy, but it is clean and nice -- perfect for us. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel like a VIP. We feel like family here. “We loved everything about the property and location with a few minor exceptions. (1) The description of the unit we rented was a 1 BR apartment but it was actually a studio apartment. It worked for my husband and I but was not what we anticipated. (2) The gym, something I look for any any rental, is not included although the description states it is an included amenity. “We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! It was upscale, clean, had all the amenities you could want, and we felt so at home. The condo complex had a great pool, hot tub, and was of course right on the beach! Could not……
