“Liked the balcony facing the ocean and access to it The staff is, check-in time was terrible. TV and outlets in rooms were not working.”

“Room could use some work showing wear and tear much. A/C barely worked, bed uncomfortable, used to be a beautiful immaculate place. Restaurant also not good anymore sadly, food and service both terrible. Location stunning. Needs management to be supervising more it seems as service is poor. Walkthroughs are clearly not being done or proper training for hospitality staff. So sad as this has been a gold standard for us. Valet service was chaotic as well, and it used to be great too. “The location was wonderful! The property was beautiful! The only issue I have is that you check in at 4 PM on Friday and check out at 10 AM on Sunday. But you pay for two days. I did ask for an extended stay and they gave me up until 4 PM anyway. But we ended up checking out at 10:30 AM. Only because we already packed everything up and thought that we had to leave by 10 but otherwise everything was great and they were very accommodating.”
