「this is a cool old hotel... we had a balcony looking out over the black sand beach and could hear the surf all night... it was gorgeous and an easy walk from the train station... also an easy walk to innumerable restaurants and pizza places... 」

「What a unique find, it really was like stepping back in time, into history. The villa is located immediately off the main piazza of Manziana, entered through a secure gate with private car parking in the villa grounds. The welcome that we received and attention throughout our stay from all of the staff was warm and genuine, the room was tastefully decorated in a classic Italian antique style and the views over the well manicured gardens, and the woods, mountains and lakes beyond were just...

「The transportation sucks. The staff are all great. No pool, & no dinner. Restaurant but only breakfast.」

「Good hotel and a nice clean room. The bathroom however is very small with a shower cubicle only suitable for a child. The air condition was already set to heating only despite being in early October and the room was boiling. TV needs binoculars to be able to watch anything - no larger than a laptop! Staff were very helpful, quickly responding to all requests, and breakfast is satisfactory.」

「The location in the old town was ideal. It was tranquil, right in the lake ad with many lakeside restaurants and cafes nearby. But because it was a renovated old house there were few windows and as a result slightly claustrophobic. Breakfast was wonderful, with many local pastries and cakes and the option to sit outside by the lake.」
