"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

"I arrived at this hotel at 2am, Saturday, Demember 19th. I had made a booking through Hotels.com. It was freezing cold outside, and I was very much looking forward to getting to my room. However, when I got to the front desk, the receptionist called the manager and then told me I couldn't stay. She was obviously embarassed about the whole situation, and apologised. When I asked to know why, she told me through a translation app, and I quote: "Oh, we welcome foreign friends, but it's a special...

"The hotel looks quite new and its staff's service still needs a lot more work. First of all, if you are a foreigner and are intending to pay your room charges with your foreign-issued credit card, do NOT stay here as their card machine cannot accept foreign cards. So you would need to pay by cash. Secondly, if you need a taxi please do not count on the hotel staff to help you as they told us that they could not call a taxi for us and that we had to stand outside and try to flag one down...

"最新とは言えない、やや古びた感はあるが、設備は十分。水道水は若干の鉄錆色。 中国でも英語は義務教育にあるはずなのに、簡単な英語で呼びかけでも、無視して目も合わせないスタッフがいる一方、翻訳アプリを駆使してなんとかしてくれるスタッフもいました。少ないですが、英語可能なスタッフもいます。 部屋の隅に、前の利用者が食べてさくらんぼの種が落ちてたり、風呂場の排水口に髪の毛が絡まってるのは、なんとかしてほしいところ。"

"部屋自体はちょっと狭いがまあまあ快適でした。夜、廊下ででかい声で立ち話をしているおばちゃんの声がうるさくて寝れなかった。やっと部屋に帰ったと思ったら、ドアが閉まっていないブザーがずっとなりっぱなしでうるさかった。マナーの問題なんですけどね～。空調から、煙の臭いや料理？のにおいがしてくることがあった。食堂の換気扇とダクトがつながっているのではないかと思われる。周りには、そこそこ食べ物屋はあるが、マッサージが無くて残念だった。"
