马赛 3 星级酒店, HK$539 起

“本来不至于对这个酒店映像这么不好，说实话条件还过得去，地理位置也还不错，但是让人非常不舒服的是这家酒店的前台客服是个收费电话，但是他们却不提前告知，回去后一查账单竟然被扣了巨额手机费，就因为打了一个这个酒店的咨询电话（我是法国手机，打法国本土本来都是免费的套餐），有哪个酒店前台咨询电话是搞这么巨额付费电话的啊！大家要小心了啊”

“This hotel is very clean . Reception was tidy as well as breakfast area. Shuttle was quick to take us from airport to hotel. Not located in main town center or near beaches. Dinner was excellent across street at another airport hotel. We ate outside on their pretty deck. Small room, but we only stayed one night a River cruise!”

“We stayed here for a conference at the MuCEM for about a week. The location is great, close to the subway, shops and attractions. The property requires a digital key to get in and it felt safe. Our room has a partial view of the harbor and nice view to the Notre-Dame, they lights up at night which is very beautiful. Kitchen is very nice and we had breakfast and dinner at home. Beds are comfortable, bit small though (french size). Heating is strong so we did light washing. We truly felt we have a……

“Staff was helpful and friendly. They were helpful with directions and places to go. First room a/c wasn't working and they were able to help switch rooms. Kudoes to all staff!”

“I like the breakfast paticular have the fresh orange juice. The room is quite small in compare with other standard IBIS hotel. Difficult to communicate in English during check in but the receptionist has tried to understand. Also the parking is not so good as we only can park the car between 1930 and 0930.”

“Les chambres superieures sont situées au rez-de-chaussée. Mini frigo, nespresso machine et fer à repassé. La chambre est propre et le lit confortable avec oreillés mousse mémoire. Bien insonorisé. L'acceuil est rapide et très souriante. A quelques minutes de l'aeroport. Une navette est aussi disponible pour l'aeroport. Au moment de notre séjour (début septembre), la cuisine etait en rénovation donc le restairant de l hotel n était pas disponible sauf pour le petit déjeuné à 13€.”
