「The lady that checked us in was nowhere to be found when we arrived. I was worried she was abducted! Checked the hallways and administrative office! Waited ten minutes. No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!」

「The property was OK. Very affordable so it was good for the price. I prefer to have a couch and chairs to sit on in the room and we only had 2 chairs. So, when hanging out in the room someone had to sit on the bed. I should have noticed that in the pictures because I got exactly what the room was pictured as. Water pressure in the shower was lacking. The pool was nice. Breakfast was decent. Over all, it was OK.」

「The property is not as clean & maintained as the pictures online make it appear. The rooms are definitely dated. The wifi would disconnect all the time, the Google Chromecast would not work, the tv remote wouldn’t work majority of the time. The fridge didn’t work and had to be replaced. The AC unit was unable to keep up and the room stayed at over 75 degrees despite blasting cold air nonstop. All of this said, the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. No problems with them...
