「We stayed here for a family wedding an I have to say Will an his staff were amazing. Nothin was ever too much trouble. The rooms were big a the beds so comfy. Would definitely stay here again and be recommending to friends」

「This is an old building with many stairs and levels. The room was fine. Lighting was a bit dim in the toilet and the room initially had a lingering smell of cleaning chemicals though that dissipated. The evening meal was OK and the beer was in good condition showing someone knows how to keep real ale. The breakfast was excellent! Suggest that an addition of a USB port in the bedroom would be good.」

「Breakfast was great, location was perfect, staff were friendly. Mattress was comfy. There was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was pleasant. Property is in need of updating, pillows need replacing, bed rattles, floorboards squeak. My room was on the 4th floor, no lift. The hotel is good value for money, I got what I paid for.」

「One night stay. Great relaxing and quiet location easy parking within 50 metres. Very clean, spacious, light airy and well furnished room. Excellent quality breakfast delivered free to my room. Unbelievably great value for the money. I travel around the yk on a weekly basis, Bed and breakfast for this or substantialy more money do not come any better. Keep up the great work!! 」
