"The hotel is undergoing renovations and this has upset the staff. The driers don't work well."

"A beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. So very close to the JR line station (200 meters door to door), easy access to the rest of Japan via the Shinkansen Trains, a great hub for exploring Western/Southern Japan. Only 30 minuets to Hiroshima, 2 hours to Osaka, and under 5 hours to Tokyo."

"Close to jr station, busses ,port and bicycle rental. Less than 10 min walk..super easy self check in. The room was beautiful! Nice and big. Comfy bed and quiet too! "

"Room smelled of smoke. Forgot I had to request non-smoking room. Vintage place as in the rooms hadn’t ever been updated. Fine though"

"The staff were pleasant. The room was down a dark alley and tricky to find. In a separate building two blocks from the main accommodations. There was a septic smell which took four hours to disappear! The room was unfinished plywood, difficult to figure out the heating system. Not impressed!"
