"The hotel is an impressive structure amongst other impressive buildings. Reception staff are good and sort things out efficiently. The rooms are generous in size and are fitted very nicely. "There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. "Shocking difference between Expedia photos of resort and actual. The resort is dilapidated and filthy, old and in urgent need of attention and renovation. The best way I can make my point is to say I walked from a 5 day $600 stay rather than remain at this run down resort."
