「Service was very slow at breakfast in the restaurant, even though there were only two other couples dining.」

「Enjoyed the decor My husband and I found the breakfast delicious and satisfying. I appreciated the beautiful dahlias about the property」

「Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. 」

「We always feel welcome at Mountain Harbour - the breakfast is exceptional, and the hosts are lovely people who go above and beyond for their guests. Thanks for another great stay! 」

「This place (the "Mountain Haven" unit) is Adorable! The entire campground is lovely and peaceful. We will definitely return, as we had a wonderful time. This unit is next to a lake; a short little walk from a running river. It's a beautiful place to walk around. There's a hot tub which we enjoyed both nights; we used the outdoor grill for cooking steaks (from the nearby English Cattle Company - local "farm to table" beef) and sweet potatoes; there's a fully stocked kitchen and a very...

「All rooms were dirty, lights werent working, owner was very rude and creepy, 」

「Host was very responsive and helpful. 」

「The house was excellent for cleanliness, & comfort. The location was very secluded & private surrounded by trees, thus very relaxing! The roads in the area are “country” narrow and winding through lovely forests and open green fields, and very dark at night! My only suggestions to consider would be having driving instructions to the house because cell phone service is spotty. Also, it would be helpful to have instructions written for the TV. We thoroughly enjoyed our “sister’s” trip stay!」

「Upon arrival, there was trash leftover from the last renters that had never been picked up. Animals got to it so it was all over the entry area. I contacted the host and she didn’t get back to me until the next day. She said she would have maintenance come up but they never came. At checkout she let me know that he was sick but by that time we had cleaned up all the trash ourselves. She also informed me that there was a stink bug infestation at check in which was an understatement. There were...

「The cottage was very crowded in amongst other properties in land Harbour. The house was well organized, and clean however, a lot of of the appliances are all driven by multiple electrical outlets which raises the question of a fire hazard?? The resort fee was exorbitant for very little benefit. I’m not exactly sure what the resort fee covered, but I believe it should be an option if it involves things like the golf course in this swimming pool. Without the resort fee, the price was extremely...

「What and amazing little cabin in a fantastic community! My family and I had a wonderful time. So much attention was put into every hosting detail and it made our stay over-the-top enjoyable. We will definitely be back again!」

「Jaime responded timely with all questions. Very clean and great amenities. I would recommend a small air conditioner for the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Also, the lock box for the keys should be replaced. Although we had the correct code, it took 3 people working with it to get it to open. We loved the fresh cut flowers and the cold glasses in the freezer. Location great for grandfather mountain and a short drive to Blowing Rock.」

「Very clean, beautiful setting and everything you needed for a lovely stay. We were there to hike the Mammoth March at Lake James. Old Fort was very quaint and great food and art gallery.」
