“Hi”

“I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.……

“The location is really good. Close to many restaurants in Simpson Bay. The shower was not working 100%. Tooking a lot of time to get hot and when it was hot, it was too hot. But it was good overall. And theres good market in the first floor.”

“The room was very clean and well kept. Staff was wonderful. The manager (Alexia) was great, unbelievable and eager to answer all the questions related to the property to make guests/customers feel comfortable. Kudos to her! Shanay, the front desk person is great. I was welcomed with a welcome note by Shanay. That’s nice of her and that really shows how she cares about customers. Kudos to her. And finally, Joyce (the cleaning lady), she’s wonderful, incredible. She kept the room clean and paid……

“We booked the hotel for a week and everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, staff were helpful and nice. The food was really good and the beach is simply wonderful. I will be recommending it to everyone.”
